Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules, support issuance of the regular status reports, ensure project deadlines are met
- Determine project changes, identify and flag project risks and issues, provide solutions where applicable
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks, all documentation is maintained accurately and appropriately for each project
- Organize and participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate, document and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Deploy project management strategies and best practices, support development of project management methodology and Project Management center of expertise
- Maintain ownership and coordination of the GxP related tasks in a dedicated tool.
- Maintain contract database and support contract life cycle management strategies
- Provide administrative support as needed
Main qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
- Relevant experience in related field. Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution or/and in pharmaceutical sector is preferable.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, good command of English, any additional language is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
