Professional Transportation and Logistics Expert- SAP TM / PharmaProject:
Our client is focusing on candidates having the required experience in SAP TM as a functional expert.
Background:
ASPIRE program and be a member of the PT Deliver Intercompany, Transport and Foreign Trade team. You will be supporting the transformational change for assigned Intercompany processes in scope to implement aligned and harmonized end to end processes and related systems landscape as well as enable the necessary organization in PT.
The change combines process harmonization, system standardization, increased automation and people change management. You will be ensuring that Lean Production System (LPS) elements and methods are applied. You will develop approaches ensuring single data captured at source-systems with a simplified and standardized data structure, supporting e.g. increased automation.
The perfect candidate is a strong team-player, hands- on personality and understands how transportation impacts overall supply chain operations. The combination of technical/Digital and business skills is considered as an advantage.
Main Tasks:
-Provide functional and business process expertise in Logistic with focus on Transport management and
Logistics Collaboration on all the phase of a Global Project in Supply Chain
-Responsible for developing standard business process design, test, deploy and support SAP S/4 Hana solution along with Transportation across Production, Procurement and Distribution functions.
-Improve the business outcomes through digitalization by applying latest industry insight and technologies ensuring it reflects the current and future business needs, aligned with industry, SAP best practices and solution roadmap.
Requirements:
-More than 6 years of Pharma industry or consulting experience in Transportation Management and Logistics.
-Functional / technical proficiency with at least three or more full cycle TM implementations in shipper companies, including strong functional skills and integration with ERP systems as well as 3PL/4PL.
-Experience to all modes of transportation such as Air, Ocean, parcel, LTL and FTL
-Experience in projects with integration to EWS systems.
-Basic knowledge of the overall SAP Digital Supply chain area suite and competitor solution.
-Experience with SAP Event Management.
-High level of client orientation and analytical thinking skills
-Strong communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have:
-Experience with Open Text.
