For our client, a renowned company in the financial industry, we are currently looking for a:CONTRACT: Testing Team Lead (m/w) - Job Ref. No. 13007
Your tasks in this interesting role:
- In the position as Team leader of a testing team you will lead a team of Test Engineers that covers the full testing life cycle.
- You will supervise the test activities and take care that the test tasks will be properly handled. Your responsibility contains as well the prioritization, deployment and planning of the incoming test tasks and ensure a functioning feedback process.
- In this role you guide the team members and support their personal development.
- Furthermore you will support the team with the hands on testing and test automation activities if necessary.
- With your expert know-how you act as a coach for the team members.
- Further you push for the further development from manual testing to test automation processes in your department.
Your skills:
- University degree in computer sciences or a federal education with corresponding further education or a comparable education.
- Relevant experience in leading a testing team and covering the full testing life cycle in the financial sector, including hands on testing activities.
- Your have a deep testing knowledge from hands on testing to test automation.
- During your career you gathered experience with technologies such as Java, Maven, JIRA, Subversion, Git, Bitbucket, Selenium, QTest, Jenkins and with agile project methodologies.
- You are an excellent people manager and a good communicator on different stakeholder levels.
- Fluent English and good German skills are required.
Start: 1st February 2020 (on agreement)
Duration: 3 - 6 months (with option for a permanent employment)
