Data Management Officer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of business processes
- Identify, evaluate and implement services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- Define with internal stakeholder’s key performance indicators
- Develop and support reporting processes
- Create and populate data dashboards, graphs and visualizations
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management
- Work with the leads in all service areas to develop and deliver beneficial management information
- Liaise with data owners to revise and improve data collection & processes
Main qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Experience in data analysis, such as finance or a related field
- Experience with SQL queries and event-driven programming
- Relevant experience in collating and analyzing management information
- Knowledge of data warehouse, data modelling, enrichment and cleansing techniques
- Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Initiative and commitment, self-motivation and autonomy
- Able to work in a constantly demanding and challenging environment
- Fluent in French and excellent command of English
- Swiss residency beneficial
