A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a HR Reporting Specialist. The HR Reporting Specialist will primarily work in the area of Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics. Main tasks will be the design, development and delivery of reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPIs including creation of calculated fields.Start Date: 01.03.2020

Tasks:
- Analyse, design, develop and deliver Workday HCM reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and key metrics in all topics along the HR lifecycle.
- Define, implement and maintain calculated fields.
- Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and define reporting and analytics solutions.
- Define and implement governance and documentation framework for Workday reports and calculated fields.
- Bring Workday HR Reporting & Analytics capabilities with innovative solutions and automation to the next level.
- Continuously follow Workday community and learn about updates and new releases.
- Share knowledge within the team and train internal consumers in the context of Workday reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Workday HCM.
- Workday Pro Reporting.
- Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Workday Composite Reporting.
- Advanced Workday Report Writer knowledge.
- Experienced with all Workday report types (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed, Trending) and functionalities offered.
- Experienced with advanced Workday reporting capabilities such as Dashboards and Prism Analytics.
- General HR experience preferable.
- Data science skills preferable.
- Workday HCM Core preferable.
- Workday PRISM preferable.
- English is necessary.
