Java Tech Lead vacancy requiring profound Java knowledge for a globally operating company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead
- Work experience in projects that had a focus on application integration and web application
- Very good expertise in JPA, SpringBoot, JEE, REST, Security, JavaScript and User Experience
- Strong knowledge in Jenkins, Selenium, CI/CD, TDD, SonarQube as well as know-how in SQL, Unix, Bash, ITIL, DevOps, Jira, Confluence, CSS, Wiki, Kubernetes, Docker, JavaScript, React, websockets, Angular, HTML, SOAP, mobile technologies, app development and deployment
- Higher education in computer science
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken; German desirable
Your tasks:
- Supporting the harmonisation, standardisation and quality assurance of the applications developed by using Java
- Leading and supporting Java application development by ensuring only testable, well-designed and efficient code is contributed
- Providing expertise and very good knowledge of application programming and ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint as well as conducting evaluation of new technology platforms and preparing plus presenting architectural and implementation options
- Stakeholder Management including close interaction with partners from security, development teams, central architecture and solution architecture
- Developing proof of concept applications in order to assist in investigations and assessments combined with providing architectural support to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and also considering harmonization in landscape
- Helping in resolving difficult problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes
