Project Management Officer 100% (w/m)
For our client, a renowned, international company in the insurance sector we are seeking for a Project Management Officer (PMO).
Start: January 2020
Duration: Initially 12 months
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Your Responsibilities:
- Support of Project Managers in administrative tasks
- Project steering board meeting minutes
- Sendout & collection of meeting and workstream templates and deliverables
- Schedule meetings
- Schedule workstreams
- Sharepoint folders
- Resource Onboarding
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience as a PMO
- Very strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Practical SharePoint knowledge
- Excellent English skills; German is an advantage
- Must already be located in Switzerland
