For our client in Basel we are looking for Digital Campaigns and Channel Manager for a 12 month contract.

Job Title: Digital Campaigns and Channel manager
Workload: 100%
Location: Basel

Job Purpose:
The CEO Digital Campaigns and Channel manager plans and develops innovative digital content for the CEO. They are responsible for digital campaign strategies that meet business objectives, are consistent with the Corporate and CEO brands, and contributes to furthering the CEO positioning while creating a positive audience experience. The role will develop integrated social media plans with multiple teams and agency partners.

This role is part of the cross-functional CEO Communications team, reporting to the Director, Executive Communications, Global External Communications.

Major Accountabilities:
Lead multichannel CEO digital campaigns, ensuring cohesive narrative, execu-tion and optimal audience experience across all channels.
Creative digital content development in line with CEO brands in-cluding:
o Supporting written short-form social content development
o Managing requests for, creation and development of high-quality con-tent including video and visuals to support CEO digital campaigns
Oversee execution and publication of content across CEO social channels to the highest standard
Drive quality, two-way community engagement with key audiences and oversee community management to a high standard.
Work in continuous collaboration with the CEO Comms Team to coordinate campaign strategy and content and meet objectives
Identify and articulate key performance indicators that clearly and measurably connect metrics to overall business objectives for digital campaigns
Drive continual channel excellence based on data, insights and best practice
Capable of managing a diverse workload, mange day-to-day work with multiple teams including, creative team, media relations, business franchises, and digital strategy
Understanding of and ability to articulate the value of SEO, SEM and paid social media strategies and audience-centric communications
Participation in ad-hoc enterprise communications projects, campaigns and/or initiatives based on business needs.

Ideal Background:

Education:
* Undergraduate degree in a relevant field

Language:
* English, Fluent

Additional Background:
* Minimum 5-8 years' experience in digital and social media, executive communications, content management, project planning and execution, brand marketing, and/or audience/community management
* Creative, innovative, and independent thinker
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* A proven collaborator with experience working across multiple internal and external teams under tight deadlines
* Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data, draw insights, develop actionable recommendations
* Strong project management skills and ability to han-dle multiple projects at once
* Ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary.
