Brine SA is looking for a digital content strategist for our Client in Basel.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Direction on content strategy and implementation to support digital patient recruiting supported by NDR, and tracking use throughout the study life cycle, being responsible and accountable for all the content assets.
  • Work independently and/or with external agencies to co-create content related to us digital patient recruitment, including but not limited to text, ads, data elements, social and multimedia
  • Accountable for driving external partners and content produced that will be utilized by NDR and external communications
  • Update content strategy for above-brand digital presence and for each study in the NDR platforms
  • Interface with study teams, in partnership with NDR Digital Recruitment Strategist, to validate approaches and ensure team content alignment and approval
  • Develop and maintain content library, templates and approaches/methodologies for NDR materials.
  • Develop content approaches across studies, projects, and indications - per portfolio needs
  • Drive consistent, coherent and compliant branding. Input and feedback on potential improvements as required
  • Maintain the NDR Playbook content: responsible for ensuring regular updates and continued relevance of the content
  • Owner and manager of NDR Common Standards related to content, and consistency across all campaigns as relevant
  • During study life cycle, optimize content alongside NDR Digital Media Manager
  • Mandates campaign creativity, content tone, customer focus and patent relevant materials. Devise and create content for tailored for specific audiences
  • Stay ahead and on top of trends in patient communications and digital recruitment techniques and educate key stakeholder divisions.
  • Develop end of campaign and insights reports on study or indication levels to ensure best practices are captured and carried forward

Profile:

  • Education: Masters or PhD in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or relevant field
  • Work Experience: 8+ years proven experience planning, creating, launching, measuring, prioritizing, and maintaining content on consumer websites for marketing purposes, including 5+ years of content strategy and/or multichannel marketing experience.
  • Languages: Very high proficiency with oral and written English.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience and demonstrated success with generation and delivery of patient-facing content or communications
  • Solid experience using various recruitment channels, including digital, as well as media channel content creation
  • Demonstrated successful experience with mobile websites and related user experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills. Relevant experience in medical/scientific writing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, deadline-sensitive projects with a high level of quality in all deliverables
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs and anticipating issues and solving problems
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt style to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence across a cross-functional Matrix organization
  • Adept user of cloud-based enterprise systems and content management systems
  • Self-starter able to effectively work independently within an international, multicultural team
