Programme Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Successfully plan, control and manage major customer programs which require the commitment of significant skills and resources, in a highly regulated environment.
  • Manage multifunction and multiple teams efforts to plan and implement multiple integrated MES system solutions 
  • Manage large program teams that potentially include other program managers, project manager, analysts, administrative support and third party vendors in parallel engagements across multiple sites
  • Deliver multi-site program on the basis of a “one core – multiple roll-out” strategy
  • Overall responsibility for successful on time, on scope and on budget delivery of major programme
  • Works across all waves in Programme
  • Co-ordinate the core team workstreams and plan with each of the workstream leads identified above
  • Engage with each site MES PM to provide a templated approach to building out the site plans
  • Engage with Middleware Lead to ensure core and site MES plans are aligned with Middleware plan
  • Engage with Core Leads and Werum (Application Vendor) to ensure core and site MES plans are aligned with Werum configure/build/release plan
  • Engage with Core Infrastructure Lead and Core Tech Infrastructure PM to ensure that site infrastructure plans are aligned with
  • Engage with M-ERP team to ensure MERP plans are aligned with core and site plans
  • Budget tracking, Resource tracking, standard Governance, RAID processes and associated escalations


Main qualifications
  • Profound and in-depth experience as a senior technical contributor and project leader or similar leadership capacity, including team leadership
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of corporate organization, policies, products, markets and processes
  • Demonstrated IT/Automation programme administrative and operations knowledge at an advanced level  
  • Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex projects
  • Extensive experience with customer contracts and engagements, including engagement and roles within the customer organisation (embedment)  
  • Ability to work in a flexible, stressful environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged  
  • Familiar with GAMP 5 guidelines and procedures 
  • Excellent background on GxP- and 21CFR part 11 principles
  • Experience with managing Werum PAS-X deployments is beneficial
