Source Group are currenlty working with a key client who are looking for a Freelance Senior Desk Support Analyst to join the team in January. The role will be for 12 months and requires people on site full time.
- Strong all-rounder ability to pick up and support custom apps quickly
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Some knowledge of Windows Admin (no engineering, but needs to know basic win server admin & troubleshooting)
- Infrastructure cloud/virtualization knowledge
- Scripting such as powershell/batch or similar
- Knowledge of SQL Server (basic admin and some basic querying)
- Can read .NET c# code and provide 1st Level support
- English Speaking
