UX Research Assistant vacancy requiring profound UX knowledge for a globally operating Zurich based company.Your experience/skills:
- Very strong analytical ability, especially with regard to observation of user behavior
- Solid oral and written communication skills with presenting findings concisely and effectively
- Work experience with web technologies and standards, business applications, retail and online ads
- Know-how in preparing and conducting usability studies
- Bachelor degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Information Science, Anthropology, related fields or equivalent practical experience
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Analysing qualitative data and creating reports
- Planning, observing and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews
- Administering questionnaires, surveys and interviews as well as taking notes during user study sessions
- Assisting the product teams to define and prioritise research questions
- Ensuring effective communication of research findings, including synthesising them into workable design principles
