Administrative Officer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Prepare and maintain the business area’s documents
- Maintain the business area’s databases of contact names/information and the business area’s filing system
- Handle all logistical aspects of meetings of the Committee and its subgroups
- Handle routine office tasks, eg mail, calls, internal and external requests
- Keeps colleagues’ and/or line manager’s travel arrangements in order; deal with budgetary matters
Main qualifications
- Secretarial diploma or equivalent
- Prior secretarial and administrative experience, especially in a financial institution is an advantage
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (notably Excel and PowerPoint) and e-mail and Internet tools
- Good skills in formatting and graph production
- Good organisation and time management skills, accuracy, speed and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, ability to edit texts in English is essential
- Knowledge of German or another major language an advantage
