Scientist in Proteomics (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Provide project support in collaboration with stakeholders from the different disease areas
- Awareness of the relevant literature to understand disease biology, target mode of action, and safety aspects of the projects
- Plan and discuss the experimental strategy with the stakeholders, team members and data scientists
- Drive the execution of the experimental plans with constant inspection of the data generated
- Analyze, interpret and summarize the results to be presented and discussed with the team members and stakeholders
- Lead the development, and optimization of new innovative methods to analyze proteins, metabolites, or lipids by mass spectrometry when needed by the projects
- Generate unique insights into target biology, biomarkers and safety for projects
Main qualifications
- PhD in biochemistry/cell biology/immunology with additional postdoc experience
- Project management skills
- Experience with Master proteomics data analysis softwares
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Talented, enthusiastic and motivated junior scientist with profound experience in the mass spectrometry-based proteomics field
- Publication track record including at least a first-author paper in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with metabolomics
