Laboratory Staff QC Testing 100%Project: As a laboratory employee (m/f) QC Testing, you are responsible for the exact and timely testing of individual instruments within a product family, for quality compliance through GMP-compliant release testing, compliance and correct documentation. You are a member of a heterogeneous team of trained laboratory assistants and technical specialists.
Main Tasks:
- Commissioning of instruments and preparations for their necessary tests
- Execution of simple routine analyses according to specifications from manufacturing and test specifications
- Decommissioning and cleaning of tested instruments
- Documentation of deviations and errors in the SAP system including notification of the responsible authorities
- Work in compliance with specifications and guidelines (GMP/GDP/GLP)
- Active support of the other areas within the QC Testing/Operations department
- Operating simple equipment
- 5 S Participate in the tour
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in performing various routine analyses
- Completed training as dental assistant, pharmaceutical assistant or similar profession with GMP experience or a technical profession with at least 2 years of laboratory experience
- Understanding the use of products (analytical instruments), test systems and test software
- At least 2 years of professional management experience.
- You have a pronounced awareness of quality and accurate documentation is a matter of course for you.
- Independence and good organizational skills
- Technical flair
Nice to Have:
- Experience in GMP and Manufacturing in Chemistry Knowledge
