Professional Business Analyst (Osisoft PI and related applications) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Perform typical Business Analysis activities and create deliverables as per company standards within a squad / project like URS / User Stories, Functional Specifications / Acceptance Criteria as well as contributing to other project documents such as Business Cases and Project Charters
- Act as an interface between global / local business (customer) functions and global / local IT functions and as a contact point for business leads
- Support customers in implementing their processes in the Global PI System
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for PI interfaces to other systems
- Work with delivery and the project team to ensure that the final solution meets the business requirements and customer’s needs and is delivered according to plan
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, create and publish the related communication material (including training) and conduct information and communication sessions as well as technical discussions with the purpose of internal marketing and initial discussions with new customers
Main qualifications
- Relevant experience in an appropriately relevant area working as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with OSIsoft PI / proven knowledge in OSIsoft PI AF
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment
- Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organisation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken)
- Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to identify potential benefits and structure them into business cases
- Excellent communication skills
- Cultural awareness
