NextLink is having an existing position as a Business analyst for global projects in Basel area, Switzerland.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Performs typical Business Analysis activities and creates deliverables as per Roche standards within a squad / project like URS / User Stories, Functional Specifications / Acceptance Criteria as well as contributing to other project documents such as Business Cases and Project Charters
• Acts as an interface between global / local business (customer) functions and global / local IT functions and as a contact point for business leads
• Supports our customers in implementing their processes in the Global PI System
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for PI interfaces to other systems
• Works with delivery and the project team to ensure that the final solution meets the business requirements and customer’s needs and is delivered according to plan
• Conducts stakeholder analysis, creates and publishes the related communication material (including training) and conducts information and communication sessions as well as technical discussions with the purpose of internal marketing and initial discussions with new customers
Must Haves:
• 5-7 years of experience in an appropriately relevant area working as a Business Analyst
• +1 years hands on experience with OSIsoft PI / Proven knowledge in OSIsoft PI AF
• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent
• Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment
• Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organisation
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing environment
• Analytical thinking, structured approach to identify potential benefits and structure them into business cases
• Excellent communication skills
• Cultural awareness
Nice to Haves:
• Previous pharmaceutical experience
• ISA S88 / S95 knowledge
• Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
• Pharmaceutical-internal project methodology
