Communications Manager 50-80 % (in the Solids Launch Manufacturing Site) (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Serve as communications business partner to the Site Leadership Team, helping to build their communication capabilities to more effectively drive the site business priorities,
  • Strategy deployment, goal cascade, as well as providing communications guidance and operational help as needed
  • Support planning and execution of town halls, including agenda setting and development of associated communications materials
  • Coach people managers on site on change and communications capabilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive strategic communications plan, in alignment with global Pharma Technical Drug Product Network Communications
  • Development of internal site communications channels, and materials – both in English as well as German
  • Actively participate in the global Drug Product Communications Network to help global alignment, co-creation, and best practice sharing


Main qualifications
  • You have a commercial diploma or university degree in business administration/communication (apprenticeship or college), or an equivalent qualification
  • Profound working experience and practical experience in a similar position having worked with a leadership team
  • Experience with managing change
  • Ability to translate complex technical, pharmaceutical, and organizational information into
  • Attractive and understandable messages according to requirements of target groups
  • Professional, outgoing person who can liaise with different audiences and cultures
  • Capable of handling various demands and responding effectively to requests under pressure
  • Communicate effectively in difficult situations and at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent writing skills and storytelling ability
  • Proactivity, flexibility, initiative, excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Very good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT Skills such as Touchpoint and Google Apps
  • Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken) is required
