We are looking for two different freelancers:1. Business Analyst: Business analyst with strong Genesys/Unblu experience being familiar with features and the co-browsing extension; he should be able to articulate pros and cons of both products and have experience from a user perspective
Genesys Customer Interaction Management - Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
The client is looking to build a document co-browsing solution using "Unblu" or "Genesys Co-Browsing" technology.
2. System architect (Business and Integration Architect) with experience of integrating Genesys (incl. co-browsing extension)/Unblu into the secure banking infrastructure
Genesys Customer Interaction Management - The client is looking to build a document co-browsing solution using "Unblu" or "Genesys Co-Browsing" technology. We are looking for Java developers which integration skills to support the engagement.
Work directly with the client gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy and goals and. Experts internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.
Skills / Profil:
1. Either Genesys or Unblu Knowhow Business Analyst
2. Either Genesys or Unblu Knowhow System Architect
