For our client in the industry sector in the Zurich area we are looking for aProject Lead - Accounts Payable / Finance / Senior Management
Duration: 6 months
Start: December 2019
Requirements
• Senior project leadership skills
• Manage Accounts Payables Task Force cross-functional and hands on escalation/problem solving skills
• Install monitoring (Escalation/Root-cause/Resolve/actions)
• Create local expert/reference group among P&L and Finance to address ongoing topics on task force mode
• Communication on regular base towards business (Status, Actions required, Actions pending, next steps etc.)
• Process design skills (based on Celonis etc. drive Standardization among purchase categories (Services/Products/direct/indirect)
• Ensure proper technical SAP knowledge available in discussions
• Bring different projects under one umbrella
• Active monitoring of project development and task-force achievements
• Align with global projects and ensure alignment with Hub teams
Responsibilities
•Supports the senior projectmanager in all financial and commercial matters and contributes to the project outcomes
•The project lead is participating in max. 5 small projects at a time
•Contribution to negotiations and local risk assessment process
