Junior IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Lead IT projects
- Ensure that work-packages planning are up-to-date, and assist the work-package leaders in this task to define a coherent WBS structure
- Provide a consistent project management through utilization of the framework, ensuring coordination of all functions for required training, change management, and communication
- Management of schedule, resources, and requirements for all relevant business processes for IT project
- Manage the project scope, deadlines and budgets in line with the tolerances agreed within the company
- Monitor working activities, workload and progress of the project team including internal and external resources
- Organization and management of projects with diverse stakeholders in a changing environment, through the change management
Main qualifications
- First experience project management
- Successful track record
- Customer focused, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report and present progress and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees
- Persuasive leader with the ability of seeing the whole picture and delivering in a partnering style
- Must be a team player with demonstrated professional/social interpersonal relationship management skills
