System Administrator - Windows Server / Linux RedHat / PowerShell - this is a long term contract opportunity for our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Good command of Microsoft Windows Server System Administration
- Proficiency in Linux System Administration
- Experience in Object Oriented Programming
- Expertise in scripting in PowerShell and Unix Platforms
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Reporting to other stakeholders and teams
- Performing IT administration, configuration and general operations across a diverse portfolio of security products
- Troubleshooting system errors, performance issues, and general configuration in order to identify root cause
- Automating common tasks through script development
- Assuring the procedures are documented in the internal database
