Electrical Engineer R&D (m/w/d)

For our client, company leader in the fields of medical devices, we are looking for an experienced professional for the Research & Development department.

Responsibilities:
  • Close cooperation with R&D team in electronic development to cover medical device innovation, proof of concept, design & industrialization phase
  • Plan, organize & ensure realization and completion of engineering tasks
  • Monitor progress of conceptions operations, such as quality, controlling costs & deadlines
  • Develop new applications to ensure its growth and integration into the management system of ISO9001 and ISO13485 Quality so that the products can meet the requirements for the manufacture of medical products


Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in the development of complex electronic devices
  • Knowledge in applicable norms: ISO 13485, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, CFR21-part 11 CE and 510K marking
  • Knowledge in Electronic HW development
  • Experience in Electronic Design for prototypes, manufacturing and cost
  • Languages: English (B2), French is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team & good communication skills


Key facts:

Length: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Lausanne region

Workload: 100%, negotiable

Start Date: January 2020
