Zendesk Engineer vacancy for our Dietikon based client.
Your experience/skills:
  • 2+ years of working experience as Zendesk Engineer
  • Expertise in planning and developing new web apps, especially Zendesk apps
  • Degree in computer science or relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service skills along with organizational skills
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is nice to have

Your tasks:
  • Implement Zendesk across systems along with technical standards to our support and deployment teams
  • Identifying, investigating and giving a solution to the technical issues for continuous improvement
  • Ensuring high qualities services for the environment and customers
