Zendesk Engineer vacancy for our Dietikon based client.Your experience/skills:
- 2+ years of working experience as Zendesk Engineer
- Expertise in planning and developing new web apps, especially Zendesk apps
- Degree in computer science or relevant work experience
- Strong customer service skills along with organizational skills
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is nice to have
Your tasks:
- Implement Zendesk across systems along with technical standards to our support and deployment teams
- Identifying, investigating and giving a solution to the technical issues for continuous improvement
- Ensuring high qualities services for the environment and customers
