Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2+ years' experience with Citrix XA 6.5, 7.X &m NetScaler 10.X, Juniper Gateway including policy configuration,
- troubleshooting, configuring LB & Gateway. Solid foundational knowledge in server, networking, archiving, security and storage
- disciplines
- Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM service management practices, specifically incident management change management and problem managemen Preferred Professional Experienc
- Administration experience on Infra with Citrix XA 6.5, 7.x, NetScaler 10.X. & Juniper Gateway
- Proven experience with PowerShell Scripting: Used Powershell to automate repetitive tasks, fix issues, simplify complex processes and produce reports.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex production network issues with multiple teams and vendor engagements. Excellent understanding of virtual and physical network stacks and their topologies.
- Ready to learn & develop as new technology gets introduced.
- Has work on preparing documents & runbooks for peers.
