Scrum Master and Agile Coach - Financial Services / IT - this is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Basel based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Practical knowledge and experience as an Agile Coach
- Background in transformational projects
- Practice in an international environment
- Certification in Scrum - PSM II, PSM III
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Fostering team efforts in steadfast improvement to build high performing teams and also for impediment elimination
- Encouraging quality practices and supporting the teams in meeting the Definition of Done as well as leading the team in establishing normalised estimates
- Promoting inter-team collaboration in the Agile Release Train and helping the team to operate well on the train
- Coaching project teams and Scrum Masters in their agile journey along with assisting the IT management in building an Agile mindset within the different teams
- Enforcing the rules the team have agreed on, such as Scrum as well as motivating to participate and understand agile ceremonies
- Driving increase of Agile awareness across entire organisation as Scrum of the Scrum Masters along with coaching the Product Owners in managing the backlog, understanding and practising agility
