One of our Client is looking for an Experienced "Sophis Application Support Specialist " in Singapore/Switzerland.
- Experience with Sophis version 6/Fusion v7 support
- Both business functional support and batch management (EOD etc)
- Writing queries to support business users
- Experience supporting MO/FO users directly with any Sophis related issues
- Expected to have knowledge in relation to Sophis calculator configuration and debugging experience with any calculation related incidents
- Knowledge of Fusion 7 functionality and configurations
- Experience with migrating between Sophis v6 to Fusion v7 would be highly beneficial
- Extensive knowledge of the Sophis DB is required
- Understanding of Middle/Front Office business
- Experience supporting Java running applications on Linux/Ubuntu OS platform
- Monitoring
- Good understanding of monitoring tools and experience implementing monitoring for services
- Experienced with tools such as Elastisearch/Splunk would be beneficial
- Experienced with Incident handling
- Experience working with a follow the Sun support model
- Batch Management
- Support experience with Control-M (BMC) tool would be mandatory
- Experience supporting Oracle batch refreshes would be beneficial
- ORC/Reuters Support
- Experience supporting ORC/Reuters/Market Data related systems is beneficial
- Providing support to Traders and leasing with Vendors experience would be beneficial
