Our client, a large well known company offers an interesting and exciting opportunity for Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager with strong knowledge in ITGC in a transition, transformation, carve-out project.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge in transition, transformation and carve-out projects
- Knowledge in SOX ITGC compliance
- Knowledge in implementation, compliance & reporting
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder-management within all levels (IT, business, internal, external partners)
- good experience as project manager (e.g. project planning, documentation, track & check)
- Language: English (German nice to have)
