NextLink is having an existing position as a Project Management Officer (PMO) for global projects in Finland.

Responsibilities/Core Tasks:
- Program/project administration
- Setting up and maintenance of web pages, shared mailboxes, mail distribution lists, share drives, SharePoint and document repositories for programs/projects
- Support Project Management Team Heads in their role as Process Engineer and in Quality Assurance
- Supports Program/Project Managers in
- generating project contracts
- project communication and co-ordination
- production and maintenance of project documentation
- specifically agreed tasks
- creation and maintenance of project plans
- creation of project status reports and financial forecasts required for project control
- compliance processes
- project financial controlling
- Organizes and takes minutes in project meetings, workshops and reviews
- Maintains program/project organization charts
- Tracks project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables on behalf of Program/Project Managers
Mandatory skills:
- 2 + years 'strong' experience as a Project Officer for high scale and high complex projects preferably in global companies within the financial industry
- Knowledge in Project Management (process, methods and standards)
- Deep knowledge in MS Office applications. (Specifically Microsoft excel and VBA skills)
- SDLC knowledge and Experience -Certification in Project Management (IPMA, PMP is requested
- Transparent and structured approach
