Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Agile Trainer and Coach, acting partly as Scrum Master wie folgt:

Kurzbeschreibung
? 5 sprint teams working in 2 different nearshore locations, members of a nearshoring partner company
? 1 sprint team in the headquarter is growing, adding up members in a nearshore location, and will soon be splitted into two teams
? The nearshore teams develop frontend items with good agile maturity, the headquarter team focuses on backend items, with less agile maturity
? The organization with product owners and requirement engineers shows a large variation between the most experienced and the least mature members

Hauptaufgaben
? As a trainer and coach make sure that all managers and all members of the client headquarter in Zürich have a common, aligned understanding of the agile principles and use the agile practices in commonly agreed and commonly managed way
? Act as a trainer and coach for the present scrum masters and product owners and enable them to be themselves Agile Ambassadors
? Where needed take over max one role at a time as scrum master until the position is recruited or properly fitted
? Act as a sparring partner and expert in challenging organizational situations and support senior management to further develop and tailor the agile structures needed for the growing company
? As an agile expert review and improve the quality of agile artefacts by training and coaching the involved persons

Anforderungen und Erfahrungen
? Experienced/proven agile trainer and coach, with relevant certifications in at least one framework for scaled agility
? Familiar with development situations with a headquarter and nearshore locations
? Familiar with collaboration tools like JIRA

Persönlichkeit
? Excellent coach and good communicator
? English fluent, German is a plus
