Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Program Manager/ Software Projektleiter IPMA B oder PMP - Software Migration to the new version for content migration wie folgt:

Kurzbeschreibung
? Successful startup with 100 employees (of which 60 persons in software development)
? Growth situation -> employees, ,
? Customers are in contact with the client through the department for professional services, for each customer there is a specific customer project leader
?To the newer version migration project had to compete with other projects needing the same resources, and got delayed
? Growth is still ongoing, creating organizational challenges
? A considerable amount of the software development happens with the help of two nearshore locations
? Migration steering group -> senior management members in charge

Hauptaufgabe
? Take over the lead from previous project manager
? As a program manager make sure that the migration of all customers (about 10) is properly executed and completed within 4-6 months
? In a first phase act as project manager for finalizing the technical development of the migration toolset
? In a second phase act as project manager for the migration project for each customer
? Act as a program manager over both phases that is led by and reports to the migration steering group

Anforderungen und Erfahrungen
? Certified or equally experienced/proven proiect manager (IPMA B or equivalent)
? Familiar with agile software development and with migration projects, comprehending large database content
? Familiar with modern business models and corresponding company structures, based on software as a service
? Experience with cloud architectures

Persönlichkeit
? Good communicator, able to communicate with senior management, familiar with project communication tools under pressure conditions
? Ability to deal with a creative environment, where processes and industrial strength are still being built-in
? English fluent, German is a plus
