Main tasks:
- Reconditioning of material in preparation for digitisation
- Carry out a space inventory of all archival rooms
- Labelling shelves in various rooms and update the relevant information in the cataloguing system
- Complete inventory and description of press archive
- Provide support for dealing with accessions (reconditioning and description)
Main qualifications
- First experience in records or archives management is desirable
- Organised, able to work independently with good administrative skills and knowledge of MS Office applications
- Understanding of the importance of handling confidential information with absolute discretion
- Good knowledge of English; additional knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
