Beschreibung

NextLink are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who are looking for a proactive, service oriented, bilingual person (German and English), who is experienced in ITIL and Service Now.

General Information:


- Start date: 01.12.2019
- Latest start date: 01.01.2020
- End date: 31.12.2020
- Extension: possible
- Work location: Basel and in the beginning around 40% Grenzach (DE)
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: possible on request
- Travelling: only Grenzach - DE
- Teamsize: 5


Tasks:


- Understand and owns every aspect of service delivery
- Face to the business for operational services and the initial single point of contact and escalation for operational service issues
- Responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate 'good enough' team output and elevating overall service experience
- In collaboration with Product Managers ensure releases and changes are delivered in a controlled and agile manner
- Lead the operations of services and products to achieve fit for purpose service levels in productivity, quality, output, and cost
- May act as squad lead for run squads (ops – Value Maintenance or devops)
- Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset
- Passionate about learning, sharing and further developing ‚best practice‘ and embed it as ,next practice‘ to achieve greater impact
- Exhibits servant leadership behavior, self-aware leader and a flexible team-player
- Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset

Must haves:

- Distinct customer and service orientation (customer service experience in the last projects) *****
- Strong communication skills, open minded, reliable and a team player
- Self-managed working attitude (very pro-active)
- Proactive, hands-on personality and team player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
- Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything), flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in German and English, additional languages are an asset¨

- Incident Management experience 
- Change Management experience 
- ITIL experience 
- Experience with Google Suite 

Nice to Have:
