Specialist - Enterprise Risk Management Governance

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist in Enterprise Risk Management, Governance to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The Specialist, Enterprise Risk Management, Governance is responsible for leading the development of key high-quality governance-related documentation in support of the Clients evolving Risk Management Framework, including the bi-annual Risk Report and the Chief Risk Officer's annual opinion to the Board.
Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Manager, Operational Risk, the Analyst will carry out the following activities:
Risk oversight in grant management
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of risks, root causes and prioritized actions to inform decision-making and reporting on grant, portfolio and enterprise-level risks
- Support Risk Specialists in providing guidance and quality assurance of Country Teams' work to improve risk identification, prioritization, mitigation and assurance across the grant life cycle, in accordance with relevant operational guidance
- Support in the maintenance of risk management policy notes, processes, guidance and automated tools to drive effective embedding of risk management across the grant life cycle
Monitoring and reporting
- Support the development and maintenance of internal databases to inform development of an independent risk view on key prioritized risks, mitigation and assurance activities
- Design, enhance and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards to support monitoring of
internal processes, including controls and key deliverables
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have
- Project management experience
- Will have held positions of incremental responsibility following undergraduate education and will have at least 7 years post-graduate working experience
- Experience within multi-cultural & international environments/organizations
- Will have worked in an advisory capacity and developed strong working relationships with senior managers while taking ownership for delivery of key reports, findings, and initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple complex stakeholders and multiple reporting lines with flexibility, resilience, maturity and a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Confident and experienced in presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to flexibly and effectively adapt between operational implementation and strategic thinking
- Strong evidence of successfully leading projects which highlight project management skills and capabilities
- Ability to develop trust and inspire confidence
- Fluency in English and a good working knowledge of one of the following would be an asset: French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish.
