Senior IT Test Engineer - Banking/Fund Administration

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Test Manager to oversee the end to end test strategy for a programme
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for cross-functional test preparation and execution as well as end-to-end production readiness verification with both internal and at interface to external providers
- Elaborates test strategy, overall test approach and test plans with the different business functions and external providers
- Helps the different units to identify testing needs
- Supports the elaboration of test scenarios and test case preparation and reviews IT and business test cases
- Reviews resource allocation of the different units involved and assures timely availability of test environments
- Coordinates all testing activities - IT integration testing, user acceptance testing - with the different functions and external providers
- Tracks execution of testing against plan and supports triage of defects and issues
- Manages issues related to data quality and availability
- Reports progress to program management and other stakeholders on a regular basis
Your skills:
- Experienced, certified senior Test Manager who has managed test programs, developing/maturing test environments and test organizations
- Experienced at working on a Cross-funtional, Cross-divisional and gloabal basis
- Ideally good business knowledge of Banking/Fund Administration and able to demonstrate exposure to Business Testing
