Must haves:
- +5 years significant IT (Preferable Document Management and authoring) experience
- +5 years of experience in IT Projects/Work in the document / authoring space.
- +5 years of proven experience in running global operational excellence projects, aiming at improving performance of business processes (Project Management Professional or equivalent certification)
- +5 years of experience in Demonstrable Lean management (Lean Six Sigma training; Green Belt desired, Black Belt preferred)
- +5 years of experience facilitating workshops (such as Kaizen events or Lean management events or Agile)
- Agile or SCRUM methodology experience; SCRUM master role preferred
- Signavio, Adonis or other professional process modeling experience
- Experience with DMS or similar software development projects (design and implementation)
- Proven experience with stakeholder management, customer facing roles at different levels of the organization (senior leadership and SME’s)
- Team player who is able to deliver, collaborate
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Project Management Professional or equivalent certification
- Experience with System/software architecture
