For one of our Biotech clients we are seeking freelance support as:Plant Engineering Expert (M/F/D)
Tasks:
· Establish and negotiate schedules for technical activities on bottlenecks equipment
· Technical activities such as: plan maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, calibration, validation, and plant engineering activities
· Ensure efficient Maintenance-Operation partnership: act as the representative of maintenance
· Ensure technical activities integrate seamlessly with operations and plant schedules
· Ensure that activities are scheduled efficiently, in compliance with safety and quality requirements
· Establish and maintain scheduling procedures, and monitor the performance of the whole scheduling process
· Train end-users
· Cross functional work between the departments engineering, quality assurance, EHS
Qualification:
· Master degree or equivalent
· Experience with calibration and maintenance activities
· Able to work with multiple departments at different level of the organization (engineering, quality assurance, EHS)
· Expertise in visual and software scheduling tools, especially when it comes to activities with high degree of interdependency in terms of tasks and resources
· Business Fluency in English
