IT Project Manager - HR Digital Innovations (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of project
- Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Meet with business to clarify specific project requirements
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Main qualifications
- Proven working experience in project management and Conversational AI Platforms (HR ChatBots)
- Technical understanding of Cognigy.AI, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors BizX
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, German is a plus)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
