IT Support Engineer - Windows Helpdesk - Windows technical support 1-year contract based in Rolle Switzerland Must speak FRENCH
As Technical Analyst you will be supporting key areas around the business existing management tool framework and liaising with key stakeholders within the business at all levels.
Role Profile:
Good knowledge of IOS and Android for mobile device configuration
Working knowledge of BYOD and what this means to the business and end user
Good Office product knowledge, such as Skype and One Drive
Good experience of Win10, Office 365 and other supported peripheral devices
Excellent knowledge of fault analysis in Windows and IOS based environments
Good knowledge on Outlook and Active Directory
Must speak FRENCH
Desired Skills:
Provide ad-hoc AV support for meetings and conferences.
Experience using SCCM is essential
Using service management tools to manage, update, escalate and create new incident and problem records.
Support administration and replacement of smart devices.
Installation, configuration and administration of hardware.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of office peripherals including printers and scanners.
Good knowledge around resetting passwords, creating new user profiles and etc.
