Procurement Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Support and advise business owners in the procurement of goods and services
- Provide procurement expertise to business owners and assist them in their sourcing activities - including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Invitation to Tenders (ITTs)
- Take the lead in ITTs (manage the ITT process and ensure fair and transparent decisions), drafting contracts, liaise with Legal Services and other required departments and conducting negotiations with suppliers
- Plan procurement activities for the client, eg. contract reviews, ITTs, prepare reports and summarise data, and ensure governance and administration of procurement activities
- Share learnings with colleagues and may be required to supervise peers, Procurement Administrators or Procurement Officers in area of expertise
Main qualifications
- Procurement or any equivalent commercial certificate and profound relevant work experience (a university degree is a plus)
- Experience in public procurement and project management desirable
- Proactive and self-motivated, excellent in communication, highly flexible, organised
- Ability to negotiate and draft contracts
- Analytical thinking, strategic view, cultural awareness, open-minded
- Fluency in English, a good command of German is a plus
