HR Business Partner Support (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Support HR Business Partner in the following aspects: Performance Management, Compensation Management and Talent Management
  • Execute HR Analytics
  • Support the preparation of leadership team meetings and workshops
  • Support with administrative tasks like training agreements e.g.
  • Answer ad-hoc requests to various HR topics like labour law, time regulations, etc.


Main qualifications
  • HF/Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Psychology with at least first HR experience or an apprenticeship in a business role with profound Human Resources experiences
  • English fluent in spoken and written
  • Knowledge about Swiss employment law is beneficial
  • Advanced German skills
  • Analytical and systematic work approach, independent and proactive
  • Very good communication skills and team player
