Junior Online procurement system Analyst/Administrator (E-commerce)
Are you a Analyst with professional experience with E-commerce and project delivery, preferably in an international and multicultural environment, and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO)? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Online Procurement System Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
Your tasks will involve:
- Responsibility for supporting the recruitment of new buyers
- Identifying potential new buyers, with support of the strategy lead
- Preparing savings analyses and other buyer-tailored communications material to inform a decision to use online system
- Collecting registration and onboarding information from buyers and coordinating system configuration with online Ops
- Providing training and user support
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have/be:
- a strong appetite for and understanding of technology, in particular E-commerce.
- excellent analytical skills and the ability to present topics synthetically
- excellent written and oral communication skills and master the usual set of Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- fluent in both English and French (additional capacity in Spanish a plus).
