For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an
German Speaking Executive Assistant
In this role, you are responsible to support a mix of senior management and junior members within the Investment Banking team in Zurich
Your Qualifications:
- Experience as Executive Assistant in the financial service environment
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook and Excel
- Solution and service-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- A proactive, highly motivated and discreet personality who is able to work independently and to cope with our fast pace and delivery pressure
- Good communicator and excellent team player
- Fully fluent in German and English
Your Responsibilities:
- Heavy interaction with the senior bankers, ensuring their day to day schedule is actively managed and all requirements met
- General administrative task such as email correspondence, expense management, invoice payments etc.
- Daily interaction with internal and external clients via phone
- Agenda maintenance and meeting planning; organisation of internal meetings, external client meetings as well as arranging conference calls
- You will organise travel itineraries; planning and reserving of travel via online tool and travel service
