Tech Skills:
- 7+ years' experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM and Financials (P2P), at least 3 development projects (total 10+ years IT experience)
- Hands on experience in Peopletools 8.57 version and thorough Knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM and Financial modules
- Experience and understanding with unit testing, debugging tools, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
- Proficient in PeopleTools - Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleCode, Application Package, Integration Broker and Process Scheduler.
- Good hands-on knowledge on Performance Tuning & Debugging with analytical & problem solving.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills & ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly.
