PMO / Project Support - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced PMO with excellent MS Office skilld for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Prior experience in a PMO or Project Assistant Role
- Competent handling of MS Suite Tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to learn and adapt new tools and procedures such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with MS SharePoint and Teams as well as with Coupa is beneficial
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Monitoring the project budget
- Supporting project planning
- Preparing slides and documents for management presentations
- Performing administrative tasks such as setting up meetings and follow-ups with people that have issues with timely delivery
Candidates living within a daily commutable distance to Zurich will be given preference.
