Coordinate a team of 6 Service Desk Operators
Who we are looking for:
Requirements / Experience:
• 3 years and more experience in Service Desk
• Excellent communication skills
• Managerial skills
Languages:
• Spoken / Written: German,
• English (MUST)
• French is a plus
Specifics: Drivers license required, as travel between several locations in greater Zurich area will be necessary
