Being responsible for the configuration of business processes in the onboarding- and recruiting area of Workday
Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation
Being a recruiting specialist and understand the recruiting and onboarding processes
Your Skills
Profound knowledge and practical experience in analyzing, designing and configuring onboarding and recruiting processes in the Workday application
Excellence skills in the overall handing of business process in the Workday application
Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn
Thorough coordination and organization skills
Strong client and quality orientation
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
