Business Analyst (m/f/x)are you an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/x) looking for a new project? Our client, a large international Company in Zürich offers an interesting and exciting opportunity as Business Analyst (m/f/x).
As a member of Requirement Engineering workstream, you will play a crucial role to deliver outstanding results as Business Analyst in a Corporate Real Estate Environment. The goal is the replacement of existing applications and harmonisation of system landscape.
Your role as Business Analyst (m/f/x)
- Elicit end to end requirements by using appropriate techniques to construct well-defined functional modules that are required for CRES (Corporate Real Estate & Services) operations team to functional efficiently
- Document user requirements and system requirements to begin implementation phase
- Coordinate with Service Experts and Process Managers to document process maps and assess process improvements areas
- Analyse industry trends and provide recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Support Program Manager to create implementation approach and implementation scope document
Required skills
- Certified Business Analyst (+5 years exp.) with an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in the areas of Corporate Real Estate and Facility management services
- Project leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of CRES domain related business software: CAFM, IWMS, BIM, etc.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow system
- MS Office suite, Visio, SharePoint and ARIS BPM or equivalent tools
