Team:
- You will be joining the Social Media & Digital Engagement Hub (part of the Digital Office). Specifically you will be supporting the Digital Engagement Learning team, whose responsibility it is to build expertise internally to accelerate an integrated digital engagement experience for our customers and associates.
- position reports to the hiring manager directly and includes a team of 3 people
Key tasks:
- Build integrated digital learning paths for our internal users
- Translate learning journey concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Facilitate the Learning team's vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital learning paths
- Design and deliver user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for approved internal platforms and technologies
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Translate platform usage data into recommendations for continuous improvement
- Adhere to internal brand guidelines and templates
Must haves:
- Work experience in UI/UX design
- Understanding of user behaviour and accompanying motivating factors (eg psychology, design, technology, etc.)
- Webmaster experience and a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint
- Understanding of platform usage data from Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms
- Ability to solve problems through elegant design solutions
- Knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies
- Good prioritization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in a corporate environment
