Hi,I'm looking for Application Support Engineer
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
You’ll support Applications in all colors and facets in a second-level organization and drive innovation.
This will not only include fixing complex problems and finding interesting solutions but also driving improvements to exist processes.
As part of a young, energized and agile team, you’ll liaise closely with your colleagues.
The candidate has to support several applications within a second-level organization. He has to resolve incident tickets that are assigned to his queue. Therefore the person needs mainly to have experience in SQL, Unix systems (mainly batch jobs) and know how to handle tickets among ITIL.
Woking Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Switzerland Zurich
Language: English is a must, German highly preferred
Technical skills: SQL, Unix, Control-M Batch Jobs
A plus: Windows Server, JAVA,
EU, UK or Swiss passport is must
Start asap, until end of 2019 + extention planned
